Offcuts and spares
Carpet offcuts, spare tiles, a marble offcut, leather swatches. Stain them, clean them, ruin one on purpose so you know where the edge is.

On any real surface, test the chemistry and the method somewhere nobody looks before you touch the rest, and let it dry before you judge it.

What it is
A certificate of completion from Diamond Cleaning Training Academy, issued after you complete the course's online end-of-course test. It shows a client or an employer which method you have studied.
What it is not
It is not an external accreditation, a licence or a regulated qualification, and no outside body awards it. If an insurer or a contract asks for something specific, check with them what they accept.

01When do my login details arrive?
By email, within one working day of your payment. If nothing has arrived after one working day, check your spam folder and then write to us or use the chat, giving the email address you paid with.
02How long can I watch the lessons?
For 24 months. You can watch any lesson as often as you like in that time, in any order, at your own pace.
03What happens after 24 months?
The video lessons close. The method cards and dilution charts you downloaded are yours to keep, so the part you take to a job stays with you.
04Is there a tutor I can book, or a practical day?
No. The courses are recorded self-study: no live tutor, no scheduled classes and no in-person day. Questions about courses, access or an order are answered by a person in the chat or by email.
05Do I need to buy a machine before I start?
Not before lesson one. Each course has a kit list; for practice, hiring a machine is fine where the list says so. Read the first lessons, then decide what to buy.
06Is the certificate an accreditation?
No. It is a certificate of completion issued by the academy after the online end-of-course test. It is not an external accreditation, a licence or a regulated qualification.
07Can I share my login with a colleague?
No: access is personal to one learner. To train a team, buy one place per learner (set the quantity in the cart) and each person gets their own login.
08Can I cancel?
You have 14 days to cancel, but that right ends once you open the course, because the checkout asks you to agree to access starting straight away. The details are in our terms. Read section 7 of the terms.
