This website sets no cookies at all until you do something that needs one: add a course to the cart, write in the chat, or ask the checkout to remember your details. There are no analytics and no advertising cookies.

1 The cookies we set

All four are set by this website only (first-party) and cannot be read by scripts running on the page.

2 Why there is no cookie banner

The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations allow cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you ask for without asking first: the cart and the chat need theirs to work. The only other cookie, buyer, is set only when you tick the box that asks for it, so your consent is given at that moment. We use no analytics, statistics, advertising or social media cookies, so there is nothing else to agree to.

To delete your saved details, use the forget my details page, or untick “remember my details” at your next checkout.

3 Outside services that see your IP address

Our pages load a few files from other services. These requests set no cookies, but like any request on the internet they tell the service your IP address and your browser’s identification string.

4 The payment page

When you go to pay, you leave this website for the secure payment page of our payment services provider. That page sets its own cookies, for example to prevent fraud, under the provider’s own cookie notice, which is linked from the payment page.

5 Removing cookies

You can see and delete cookies in your browser’s settings, and block them if you prefer. If you do, the website still works for reading, but:

without PHPSESSID the cart cannot keep the courses you add;
without supchat_v you will no longer see an earlier chat conversation in this browser;
without buyer the checkout form starts empty.

6 Changes to this page

If we ever add a cookie, it will be listed here first, and if it is not strictly necessary we will ask for your consent before setting it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
